Yumurtayı tam kıvamında haşlamak için yumurtaların birbirine değmeyeceği büyüklükte bir tencere gereklidir. Tencere ne yumurtalar kaynarken dolaşacak kadar geniş ne de birbirine değecek kadar dar olmalıdır.

Yumurtaları tencereye yan yana yerleştirdikten sonra üzerine çıkacak kadar su koyun. Yumurtaları su tamamen kaynadıktan sonra kaşık yardımıyla yavaşça suya bırakın. 8 dakika ayarlayın ve zaman dolduktan sonra yumurtaları tamamen soğuyana kadar soğuk suyun altına tutun. Bu yöntemle enfes haşlanmış yumurtalar yapabilirsiniz.
